Grills House
This restaurant is specialized in grilled meats, pasta and pizzas, although over the years, the menu has changed a bit to serve the local foodies as well with a Thai cuisine section as well.
Grills House is located just right outside the Kanchanaburi centre and is a spacious restaurant with plenty of indoor and outdoor seatings. As the name already suggests, most of its food is being grilled. In the case of Grills House, they grill the steaks on volcanic rocks and avoid charcoal. The Grilled Australian Angus Beef Tenderloin (200 gram) (780 THB) is one of the highly recommended grilled dishes at Grill House as well as the Barbecue Baby Back Ribs (585 THB). I believe that both the steak as the ribs are the best in town. 
Other recommendations are the Pepperoni Pizza (340 THB) and the Spaghetti with Prawns, Dry Tomato and Fresh Tomato Sauce (280 THB). Although the pizza is not your typical Italian pizza as the crust is pretty thick, the taste of the pizza is excellent and the portion is really filling.
