Twinpalms Phuket Resort

Not many hotels in Phuket have set the trend for other hotels to follow, but Twinpalms is one of them. Creative and original in many ways, Twinpalms Phuket doesn’t have beachfront access or sea views but is only 350 metres from one of the most beautiful beaches of Phuket. The hotel benefits from a minimalist design with elegant lines, large spacious rooms, a vast central pool lined by tall sugar palm trees.

Dining, Restaurants and Bars at TwinPalms Phuket Resort

Twinplams features several restaurants and even a beach club. Wagyu Steakhouse, Oriental Spoon and Palm Seaside which is a couple of kilometres away from the hotel. Twinpalms Phuket famous ‘Sunday brunch’ was also one of the keys to their fast popularity.



An all you can eat for 1,600 baht ++, it’s more a feast than brunch! That includes a bottle of wine for two, imported french oysters, crabs and lobsters, lamb and a pleasing palette of cheeses (with some smelly looking ones). And everyone’s favourite: the chocolate fountain with plenty of fresh strawberries to dip in. First, to bring the Sunday brunch idea to Phuket, Twinpalms was soon copied but never equalled.

The Spa

Palm Spa is a large high-end spa with a vast range of treatments, way beyond the classic massages, facials, foot massages day spa and body treatments. On the extensive menu, you will also find Cellular Rhythms, Treatments Cellular Recovery, Therapeutic Treatments and the much needed Treatments Sun Treatments.



Apart from this last one, you might keep the long treatments for the occasional rainy day, remember to book it as soon as possible, even before breakfast if you think the rain is upon you because everyone will have the same idea! Anyway, such spa treatments are more than your usual massage; it’s an entire experience. I once had a three hours treatment, and I felt a bit out of reality once finished.

The rooms

Around this long free-form pool, is your oversized room and a central bed. Guests can enjoy a vast bathroom and balcony equipped with sofas, overlooking the pool. Twinpalms Room types are Deluxe Rooms, Grand Deluxe, Suites and Rooftop Penthouse Duplex, (We never visited that one but we know it comes with private pool).

What to do nearby

The resort is not on the beach itself, but the beach is not far, just 350 metres away. You have to walk through a small park to get to reach Surin Beach, one of the most beautiful places on the island!
