It specialises in seriously intensive training, with the motto of “go hard or go home”. To that end, it has an excellent range of state-of-the-art equipment, including Olympic-standard weightlifting, a wide choice of workout machines and more specialised CrossFit equipment. They also have a high-quality Swedish sauna, ice baths, advanced body composition measurement machines and an on-site physiotherapist among an experienced, dedicated team. Walk-in sessions (with a mandatory 2-hour advanced booking) cost about 400 baht.

Open: Monday–Friday from 7am to 7pm. Saturdays from 7am to 2pm (closed on Sundays)
