A Healthy Restaurant in Nai Harn

You can choose to sit inside or at the open-air front terrace, but the best location is definitely in the shade of immense Casuarina trees near the beach.



When visiting the beautiful Nai Harn beach, Sea Oak is a great place to enjoy a healthy and hearty lunch or snack, together with refreshing drinks. The menu is very well illustrated, and the food is as delicious as it appears in the photos! The team is friendly and will be happy to help you with recommendations. This is a great place to meet friends for a good time.

What to order

Start the day as we like, with one of the many coffees, cappuccinos and Macchiatos. Espresso is prepared with a real big espresso machine and is only 45 baht, a double shot 60 baht. Teas range from 65 to 75 baht, and freshly squeezed orange juice is only 80 baht. Enjoy some smoothies, and even some serious protein shakes with whey! (145 baht). If you are in the mood for cocktails, try the margaritas at 180 baht or a pina colada at 190 baht. Of course, the list of cocktails to enjoy on your tropical holiday is a lot longer.



When it comes to food, you will be spoiled with choice, from serious breakfast to brunch and lunch: Bacon Egg Burger (155 baht), Egg Bacon Potato (175 baht) and the one we ordered and loved: Avocado Poached Egg Salad on Toast (180 baht). Sea Oak has a surprisingly long list of sandwiches, waffles, salads and of course, Thai dishes.
