The owner of the restaurant, who is also the chef, mastered her skills in France and once she came back to Thailand, opened a restaurant that serves tasty, clean food. A good example of the skills she learned in France can be seen with her Grilled Chicken Cutlet with Fries and Pepper Sauce, which costs 200 THB. The fries are amazing, the chicken is well seasoned and grilled and the pepper sauce is exactly according to Western standards. The menu is full of Western classics such as Steak Tartare, Cordon Blue, Chicken Parmesan and a Burger. But her Thai dishes are outstanding too with excellent ingredients and spices adjusted to the Western taste palette. Thai dishes only cost you 80 to 120 THB.
