Le Spa at Le Méridien Phuket Beach Resort is the only place in Phuket to have a traditional Japanese-style wooden bath. Indeed, all of the 10 luxurious spa rooms are kitted out mostly in dark teakwood.
The traditional setting is mirrored by the menu, which mostly takes the form of traditional treatments, with an understandable leaning towards the use of Thai techniques and ingredients, including tamarind skin exfoliation and a Siam Herbal Scrub. The Secrets of Siam package is designed for couples and includes scrubs, massage and facials – good for tired travellers.
