Kuan Yin Statue Wat Tung Samor
The statue of Guanyin (Wat Tung Samor) is enshrined at Wat Tung Samor in Phanom Tuan district which is away from the center of Kanchanaburi eastwards along the highway no.324 about 15 km.
Each day tourists both Thais and foreigners come here for worship the grand statue of Guanyin with perfect Buddha characteristics. Moreover, tourists can also pay respect to the statue of Katyayana and the main statue of Buddha in the hall of temple. The statue of Guanyin is the sacred place where numerous tourists come to worship for luck. Besides, the tourists can find the beautiful hall of temple. Wat Tung Samor is away of the center of province along the highway no.324 about 15 km. and before arriving the temple you can see the monument of King Naresuan.
