Factory Outlet Mall in Pattaya

There are enough shops here to keep the whole family happy and year round bargains ensure the place is always alive with activity; certain items are up to 70% off their original price. The shopping mall takes up a large plot of land on the corner of Thep Prasit Road and Sukhumvit Road in South Pattaya and is well designed with an abundance of palm trees lining the walkways and an almost Mediterranean feel created by the warm, orange colour scheme.

The shopping complex is actually split into two sections: the Outlet Mall and the Premium Fashion Mall.

Outlet Mall

The Outlet Mall is a two-storey indoor shopping centre offering selected international brands such as Levi’s, Camel Active and Warner Bros. Studio, as well as many Thai high street brands and non-labeled clothing. As well as the anchor shops, there are many stalls in the central forecourt areas with racks and bargain bins of all sorts of items. The Outlet Mall is the best place to pick up swim-and-beach wear for the whole family and, in the lower level, a large children’s clothing store. Of course, there are many ladies fashion shops to choose from with this season’s fashion at near full prices and older season’s designs selling with bigger discounts.

Premium Fashion Mall

The Premium Fashion Mall is an outdoor shopping street concept with a range of internationally recognised brands offering massive discounts on sportswear, golfing equipment and fashion accessories. Notable brands include Samsonite, Nike, Adidas, Speedo and Crocs. Although not everything in these shops is discounted, it is fair to say the majority of items are over 50% off their original price – usually last season’s stock. Pleasing for any wannabe Tiger Woods is the giant golf outlet shop which is housed in a separate building at the end of the Premium Fashion Mall street and should be the first stop for anyone looking to buy clubs or attire. The Outlet Mall might not be as big as other malls in Pattaya, the obvious example being Central Festival Mall on Pattaya Beach Road, but it is sure to offer the biggest savings and has clearly tried to provide items of interest to the whole family. There are a couple of restaurants on site, one serving Thai-style noodles and another focusing on burgers and hot dogs but this is really a place for finding quality clothing at discount prices.
