Banana Walk Shopping Mall Phuket

With over 4,000 sqm of retail space, the mall is spread out over 3 floors and its overall design leans toward minimal and modernistic with buffed concrete walls, a metal structure of tall Plexiglas above a large open space, and a cool lighting display at night. It gives Banana Walk the feeling of entering a spaceship dock in a science fiction movie.

Shopping, dining and cosmetics are the 3 main shopping categories in this large 3-storey complex in which you can find almost anything to eat, drink, or buy. You even can improve your well-being at a spa or get a trim at one of the hair salons.



Banana Walk hosts plenty of food and beverage outlets, all of them belonging to some of the most well-known chains in Thailand. Sizzler steakhouse, The Coffee Club, Swensen’s ice-creams, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Segafredo Zannatti Espresso are situated on the ground floor. To one side of the floor’s large open area stand a row of ATMs and right in the middle is a covered beer ‘garden’ which features nightly live music.



On the second floor, you find Wine Connection, with great views out over Patong Bay, and Yoshinoya. The respected Thai supermarket chain Villa Market also has an outlet on the second floor. In there you can get all manner of imported and local food as well as daily necessities – toothbrushes and paste, soap – that you may have forgotten at home.

Boots is on the ground floor and you'll find plenty more shops and services on the second storey. Banana Spa, Nail Club, iBeat – a chic-looking Apple Computer store featuring the latest in electronic wizardry, Dotlife (electronic gadgets), and Siam Pearl (pearl and jewellery shop).



On the third floor, you'll find fashion and sportswear shops such as Coco (hats, earrings and gifts), or Quiksilver (swim and beachwear). If you need a haircut go to Paul Mitchell (a Korean hairdressing chain), and the Momento Aesthetic Centre has a wide range of plastic surgery services including Botox, filler, thread lift and laser.

Banana Walk is a great addition to Patong’s shopping and dining scene and its beachfront location makes it a pleasant place to shop, dine, and relax.
